Online Exchanges are not available for sale , discounted and Promotional Items.
We guarantee to exchange any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by Registered post or Professional Courier services within 14 days of receipt. purchases can only be returned by Registered post and local courier companies. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
No Refunds - Exchange Only. Miika will accept , items are in resell able new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchange on , Night shorts underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or pierced jewelry or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the Miika tags intact and with the dispatch note you received enclosed.
You can return an items within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges applicable for

Use will be different on-line and in-store but we will try to join up details of our relationship with you in store and online in our records, even if you use different devices online.

We use suppliers and service providers, such as for delivering orders, or dealing with card checks and payments. These include other group companies and external contractors. We only share the personal details they need to know for their services and we make sure your privacy is respected and protected.
We will provide personal information about you to the police, fraud prevention and credit reference agencies when we have to by law, or when we deem necessary to prevent fraud. If we decide to reorganize or sell all or most of our business, your personal information may be transferred to the buyer of the business but we will never sell your personal information to third parties for them to market their products to you.
